Charlotte Degot, CEO and co-founder:
Former MD Partner at BCG, global consultancy firm, where she spent almost 10 years. Charlotte is now the CEO and co-founder of CO2 AI, end-to-end sustainability management software solution. Charlotte also serves as an advocate for women in technology and lectures at HEC Paris and École Polytechnique, instructing students on sustainability, strategy, and the impact of AI.

Laura Lemaître, SVP Sales:
Laura has more than 20 years of experience in Sales. She is now SVP Global Sales and member of the leadership team at CO2 AI. Laura is in charge of the go to market strategy (including pre-sales, sales, ops and business strategy). Prior to that Laura worked at Tact.ai and Salesforce.

Pierre Cassedanne, Head of Product:
Joined CO2 AI as head of revenue acceleration and now head of product, in charge of developing the platform aligning business objectives and customer needs. Prior to that, Pierre worked for 6 years at BCG as a Project Leader, in Paris and New York, working with Fortune 500 companies across the industrial goods, CPG & Healthcare spaces.
